	Shipping Policy
	NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS! We only accept U.S. orders and only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Pepper spray shipping restrictions: Pepper Spray CANNOT be shipped by Air, pepper spray can only ship by GROUND. Pepper Spray can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states - we cannot ship pepper spray to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Pepper Spray CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, or Wisconsin (Michigan approved sprays can only be shipped to Michigan). If any of the above applies to you, DO NOT place an order for pepper spray. If you do, your order will be cancelled and your payment promptly refunded. Stun device (including Tasers) shipping restrictions: Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to the following states: New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, Hawaii, Rhode Island and Wisconsin. Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to the following cities/counties: Annapolis MD, Baltimore MD, Baltimore County, Chicago IL, Dension/Crawford County IA, District of Columbia and Philadelphia. If any of the above applies to you, DO NOT place an order for a stun device. If you do, your order will be cancelled and your payment promptly refunded. WE DO NOT: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. You must provide a physical U.S. address for shipping. All self defense (non-camera) orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Orders received by 3pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, usually ship the same day. Orders received after that time or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Please allow 3 business days for camera orders to ship. We do our best to ship within 1 business day on most camera equipment but some hidden camera and custom systems may take longer to assemble and test. UPS Ground shipping is $8.50 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon checkout for orders under $50.00. UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $50.00 or more. Air Service only to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We only use UPS to ship all orders. How long is Ground delivery transit time? If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you may do so on the 'Review Payment' page in the shopping cart, but it will be at your cost, and will be added to the total cost of your order. Options and costs for shipping upgrades are as follows: UPS Next Day Air - $40.00 Delivery Committment: Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day; depending on destination. UPS 2nd Day Air - $20.00 Delivery Committment: Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Customer Service - All orders are shipped the same day they are ordered or within 24 hours. Weekend and Holiday orders ship the next business day. There are no surprise costs involved. Shipping is FREE for orders $50.00 or more (Ground only). Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box since UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. How long is Ground delivery transit time?
