From the outside, it sounds like you have a very unfriendly dog inside your home. It can also be set to announce visitors with a chime or alarm. The radar sensitivity is adjustable from 10-20 feet. Unit needs to face in the direction you want to detect motion. Detection is limited from the sides and rear. You can also connect one additional sensor from the HomeSafe Wireless Security System: The HomeSafe Wireless Security Sensor (HA-SENSOR) or the HomeSafe Wireless Motion Detector (HA-MOTION). And once his cord is plugged in, he'll stay on duty around the clock, indefinitely. The Barking Dog can protect homes, apartments, mobile homes, RV's, jewelry stores, hotels, factories, warehouses--public and private buildings of virtually every kind.
