However, most of the equipment we sell is plug & play, very simple and straightforward to set up, and we doubt you'll have any problems. IMPORTANT: ALL CAMERA SALES FINAL! No returns for refund on camera items. Due to the nature of this product line, only exchanges will be accepted for camera items that are damaged or defective upon shipment to the customer, or if the product becomes defective under NORMAL intended use during the warranty period. This camera return policy does NOT apply to our regular self defense (non-camera) items. We strongly suggest you read our camera return policy in detail before ordering. If you have a question regarding our camera products, such as dimensions, where the camera is located inside the item, or other questions, and you are unable to find that information on our website, then send us an email. Please allow 3 business days for your camera order to ship; we do our best to ship within 1 business day on most equipment but some hidden camera and custom systems may take a little longer to assemble and test.

Customer Service - All orders are shipped the same day they are ordered or within 24 hours. Weekend and Holiday orders ship the next business day. There are no surprise costs involved. Shipping is FREE for orders $50.00 or more (Ground only). Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box since UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. How long is Ground delivery transit time?
